Turkish Heritage in Harrogate
Konak Meze Turkish Restaurant, nestled at 11–13 Mount Parade in Harrogate, opened its doors in February 2013 under the stewardship of passionate restaurateurs Firat Bulut and Osman Altuntas. Since then, it has grown into a beloved culinary institution.
The name Konak Meze, meaning “home of appetisers” in Turkish, encapsulates the ethos of the restaurant — offering warm hospitality and a rich array of traditional Ottoman dishes, now served in both Harrogate and Horsforth.
